We behandelen vanuit de invalshoek van de controller in vogelvlucht Agile onderwerpen zoals het agile manifesto\, agile planning\, obeya\, OKRs\, cost of delay en agile budgettering. De training is interactief van opzet waarbij we vertrekken vanuit de dilemmas van de controller. We toetsen samen welke controle mechanismes we kunnen toepassen in een agile domein en vice versa. \nOver de docent/spreker\nBas van Liere is een Agile coach gespecialiseerd in de tactische en operationele implementatie van meer wendbare organisaties.
